I wanted so badly to make that man - the one I really liked - to fall in love with me.

I worked so hard to make him fall in love. Sometimes I was chasing him & trying to prove to him how great I was.

Sometimes I was trying to look tough, and “hard to get”.

But all the while - on the inside I was deeply insecure.
