He'll Love You When You Are Confidently Feminine
When you picture a confident woman, what do you see?
For many of us, confidence is tied to our abilities and all the things we DO in life. Our performance.
We feel confident when we’re certain we can accomplish something—that we have the skills to perform well.
This is what we often call self-confidence. But then there’s self-esteem, which is more about our sense of worth—knowing that we are valuable just as we are, simply for being ourselves.
Self Esteem is closely linked to Feminine Confidence, but the latter also includes confidence in our feelings, our intuition, our creativity and our skills in being open to receive.
Both in the corporate world I used to be part of, and with the women I work with today, I’ve noticed that many of us are highly self confident.
We know we are capable, skilled, and can get things done.
Yet, despite this confidence in our abilities, many of us still carry a lot of self doubt and an absolute inability to relax into our Feminine Energy....
There's a feeling of uncertainty... about our innate worth and we struggle with a sense of not being “enough” unless we’re constantly doing.
We doubt that we’re lovable simply for who we are.
Ironically, the better we become in our roles—whether as mothers, in our careers, or even in personal achievements or spiritual practices—the more our Feminine Confidence suffer.
-> If you feel an almost daily urge to prove your worth by performing, achieving, or showing how capable you are, this could be a sign that you’re struggling with you Feminine Confidence....
True confidence embraces both: belief in your abilities and belief in your worth as a woman.
Feminine energy goes deep. It’s about how you feel within.
I like to think of feminine energy as heart centered and emotionally connected.
It’s warm, soft, vibrant, open, and receptive.
It’s an energy that allows, receives, listens, and takes things in with patience and grace.
Feminine energy trusts that everything is okay exactly as it is.
If you’re spiritually inclined, you might connect with feminine energy as a nurturing, gentle, goddess-like presence that brings goodness and positivity into your life.
Of course, there’s also a “darker” side to feminine energy, though I prefer not to label it as “dark” or “light.”
Embracing the full range of feminine energy means welcoming all your emotions, even the ones that might feel difficult—rage, grief, power, creativity, intuition.
These emotions are just as much a part of feminine energy and can be as powerful and transformative as any “light” energy.
In contrast, masculine energy is more about doing and taking action.
It’s the thinking, logical, planning, strategizing, analyzing, problem-solving energy.
It's is about initiating, explaining, fixing, and achieving.
And there has to be a balance for us to feel good. We need both sides. We need to love both our masculine and our feminine.
This is something we will go very deep with in the new program I'm releasing by the end of November.
One part of this will be to learn how to USE your masculine energy to support your feminine - instead of making it shrink.
